EdTeX grew out of J Mukherjee & Associates, a corporate law firm that works closely with corporate clients. Its systems were developed by professionals with direct experience of real-world legal and business workflows. The company’s directors bring together substantial domain expertise and technical knowledge.
Debabrata Mukherjee serves as Executive Director. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics, has been engaged in paralegal work since 2018, and has spent the past several years developing these systems in Notion.
Jayabrata Mukherjee, LL.B., FCS, serves as Non-Executive Director. He is a practising advocate with a specialization in capital markets and is also a Fellow Company Secretary.
